I'm Courtney!

I'm a Transaction Coordinator & a Licensed Pennsylvania Realtor.

My family and I moved to Pennsylvania in 2019 and bought our house in the middle of 2020. What an intense time to buy a house! Luckily, my agent and her TC were on top of the transaction the entire process. As a buyer, I had no stress at all because I knew I could count on the people working to help us close on our house. Finding our dream home during the stressful time at the start of the pandemic inspired me to help others to make their home buying process as smooth as possible.

I couldn't think of a better way to do this than to become a transaction coordinator. I will be the one who keeps the transaction organized and on track. Together, we can close more deals, and help more people sell and purchase homes with ease.

When I'm not helping agents like yourself to grow their business, I am a busy mom of two! My daughters keep both me and my husband on our toes.
